        The equipment is special equipment for solving basement sewage discharge, the use of a "split type sundry separator device" avoids pump clogging and winding produced by sundries in sewage, and sewage discharge in its sealed condition even provides wonderful protection for the environment. The equipment has the function of sundry separation and back washing, solves the problem that the pump must be cleaned up timely due to deposition of dirt, and eliminates the drawbacks in the use process of the traditional sewage pump. This product is provided with a fully sealed, stainless steel sewage storage tank and unique air vent mode, so it has no effect on the surrounding environment and has an environmental effect.

Product features
1. No clogging
         Using the specific dirt isolation and discharge technology, the pump impeller is kept clear of sundries, without causing winding and clogging, and the service life of the pump can be prolonged.
2. No sediment, free of clearing up
         By the technology of separating sundries from sewage, dirt is discharged together by using the pressure of discharge of sewage from the pump; it has the function of back washing which solves
the problem that the pump must be cleared up manually due to deposition of dirt.
3. No pollution
         The equipment is of a fully enclosed design, without sewage spillover, free from extraneous odour to protect the ambient environment.
4. Remote monitoring (optional)
         A remote monitoring system may be ordered separately for the equipment according to customer needs to enable the operator on duty to know the operating status of equipment when staying  indoors.
5. Saving of floor area
         The equipment covers a small area, flexibly installed, saving cost of civil engineering investments and reducing costs.

 

Service conditions
1.Power frequency 50Hz, three-phase ac 380V, single-phase 220V.
2.Sundries in sewage (including flexible sundries and solid particles) should be capable of automatically flowing in the pipeline.
3.Sewage temperature is not more than 40℃ , PH value 4~10, sewage density < 1200KG/m3.
4.The ambient temperature of the control cabinet is not more than 80%.
